The company
Altrim Systems is an organization of professionals dedicated to the evaluation, installation and support of computerized office automation systems. We provide dependable installation and support to clients in the areas of computerized accounting, data communications, Internet access, email connectivity and inter-office connectivity.
Professional services
Altrim is committed to providing professional services directly to corporate clients, and indirectly through accountants and consultants. The service offered to accountants, consultants and their clients is confidential and of the highest standard. Assistance is also offered in producing systems specifications, recommending specific software and hardware, configuring complete multi user systems, installation, training and support. When recommending systems the balance between security and connectivity is explained, and the appropriate circumstantial mix implemented.
The specific services offered are:
 | recommendation, installation and support of network and multi user operating systems, including linking computers inter and intra office(s) using Internet connectivity or direct access and email set-up.

| production of detailed system specifications, replying to requests for proposals and recommending various system configurations.

| training in software supported by Altrim and consulting and evaluation for products not directly supported

| installation of systems including the loading of operating and application software, designing menu and other user interfaces and providing software backup procedures

| provision of dependable, ongoing support, including via telephone modem, router communication, Internet communication, and on-site visits

| consulting on systems design and security, including provisioning Firewalls, anti-virus programs, password security and encryption, and other forms of Internet security; such as Network Address Translation (NAT)

Support for computerized accounting and office automation systems
Altrim ensures that all systems installed are easy to use and that data integrity is assured, by establishing various security and backup procedures. This includes providing essential support on computerized accounting and office automation systems for corporate clients, as well as for accountants and consultants who wish to maintain and enhance their client services.

Irving Ginzburg B.Acc., CA·IT
Irving is a Chartered Accountant (Information Technology Specialist), with over 20 years of experience in providing consulting and support services to clients. He has over the years set up many networks, internet systems, remote communications, and security firewalls, as well as computerized accounting systems.
Phillip Tankel
Phillip has over 10 years of experience in both accounting and computerized systems. He has, over the years set up many networks, installed and trained on many different accounting systems, importing and exporting data between them; as well as finding many innovative ways to customize different accounting “packages”.
Syed Hamid (MCSA, A+, NETWORK+) - Technical Support Manager
Syed is a graduate of CDI College of Business and Technology, and has been an integral part of the client support team at Altrim Systems since 2001. He has extensive knowledge in Networking and System Administration, using products such as Novell, Microsoft 2003 Server, Exchange Server, and Red Hat Linux.
Patrick Charlesworth - Technical Support Specialist
Patrick joined the Altrim team in 2003, bringing an extensive skill set in system configuration and networking to the company.
Rosalind Ginzburg – Office Manger
Rosalind has been with Altrim Systems since it’s inception in 1991. Her expertise in keeping the office in order, collecting receivables and paying accounts is invaluable.
